This [virtual] root server had OS Ubuntu 12.04.05 and was not upgradable 
it stilll runs (as of 15.Nov 2018) 
  * the web page col.smns-bw.org/db
  * the stable identifier mapping alias S10 and S20 (via APACHE rewrite)
  * the first SMNS BioCASe provider software v.3.5 with the GeoCASe datasource
