If you haven't signed up for a GFBio account already, please do so and let me know which email you are using. * The Jira Service Desk (i.e. communication with the GFBio users) is currently not affected by any of these changes. If you have any problems, please try the following: * Make sure you are accessing the JIRA Dashboard (https://helpdesk.gfbio.org) and not the customer portal. See the Documentation in the wiki: * Make sure you are using the email address you registered in GFBio with as a username. * If you are required to solve a CAPTCHA challenge, contact me (details below). * If you want to change your password, DO NOT change it in any JIRA application, but on the GFBio portal! * Contact me and make sure to include the following information: (1) the email address you are using as a username and (2) the URL of the JIRA interface where you are trying to log in.
